Paulina Wunder, based in Zurich, is an entrepreneur and cultural advocate with extensive experience in the music industry. Over the last fifteen years she has managed and coordinated classical music concerts, tours and events, has collaborated with labels such Deutsche Grammophon/Universal Music, including fulfilling the role of executive producer for a CD released by UM.
She co-founded Appassio (for freelancers) and Appassimo (for institutions), innovative platforms that connect thousands of musicians, having customers such as Berlin University of the Arts (UdK), Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler Berlin, and the universities of Linz, Klagenfurt, Graz, the European Union Youth Orchestra (EUYO), and others.
Her work extends to cutting-edge AI-driven music projects (such as MusicalDNA.me), in collaboration with ETH Zurich, Swiss Data Science Center (SDSC) and the University of Zurich, exploring the intersection of music, AI, and neuroscience.
Actively supporting initiatives aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Paulina brings a unique ability to blend artistic vision and business acumen. She leverages her industry knowledge, global connections, and innovative thinking to drive impactful projects at the crossroads of music, technology, and education.
Her skills include leadership, project management, writing, content creation, creative problem-solving, strategic planning, public relations, and building cross-disciplinary collaborations.
She is a co-founder and board member of the International Quality Music Association.
